When you work with Daniels, waiting for payment from the State or Federal Government is a thing of the past. We usually advance 75% of your claim for indigent advance attorney fees immediately. Then we pay you the balance, minus our fee, once we have received your State or Federal payment.

The Process
When you take an appointed indigent case, payment can come at a painfully slow rate. Instead of waiting around for your Federal or State payment, you could receive 75% of that payment up front and the rest (minus our fee) once your payment comes in.
Once you have submitted your claim for payment, the waiting period begins — but when you work with Daniels, you can let us do the waiting for you. We’ll pay you the majority of your claim right away and then send you the balance, minus our fee, once payment comes in from the Federal or State level.
